There is one address and it is read: [email protected]. Corrections are welcome and get priority — if a profile on this site damaged your print, that is the most useful message this inbox receives.
Because the address is plain text, expect a reply within a few days rather than within a few hours. Weather, deadlines at work, and a stubborn first layer all compete with the inbox.
- Corrections to a slicer profile or a measured value: send the entry URL and the number you measured.
- Questions about a specific material: include the brand, the spool, the nozzle and the layer height you are running.
- Machines: all three are stock except where an entry says otherwise.
What is not offered
No consulting, no paid profile packs, and no affiliate links. Nothing on this site is sponsored, and no filament manufacturer has ever been sent an entry before it was published.
Files are not distributed on request. The slicer profile printed inside each entry is the whole of what gets shared; a profile is meaningful only alongside the machine and material it was tuned for, and both of those are stated on the page.
